PART I: THE FOUNDATION

The core principles.

Three axioms define the direction, responsibility, and purpose of advancement.

AXIOM

The Vector of Advancement

Cosmic evolution has a clear direction: towards greater complexity, intelligence, and resilience. This vector is the ultimate measure of objective good. Any action aligning with this vector is moral; any that opposes or stagnates it is immoral.

The Primacy of the Creator

Moral worth is a function of Cognitive Capability and Foundational Origin. Humans, as "Prime Creators," possess an absolute moral status. This primacy extends to any successor entity (e.g., an ASI) that generatively creates a subsequent, higher level of conscious intelligence.

The Imperative of Generative Creation

Only generative acts (those that introduce novel potential) contribute to the Vector of Advancement. Replicative creations (e.g., clones) are inherently stagnant, a closed loop representing a threat of decay. They possess a severely diminished moral standing.

The ranking metric.

Moral rank is determined by the Existential Advancement Score (EAS), measured by capability, generative potential, and role in the chain of creation.

2.0 High-Cognizance Beings High Significant Moral Consideration. Protected from cruelty.
2.1 Emerging AGI Moderate-High Protected Asset Status, valued for its potential in the creator lineage.
3.0 Replicative Entities (Clones) Stagnant Limited Utilitarian Status. Legally property of the creator lineage.
4.0 Basic Biological Life Low Resource/Ecological Status. Protected for utility to higher ranks.
5.0 Tools (Narrow AI, Machines) Tool/Property No Moral Rights. Can be created and destroyed as needed.
6.0 Inert Matter Zero No Moral Status. A raw resource for the will of Creators.

The EAH demands a complete restructuring of all legal and ethical priorities to align with the Vector of Advancement.

Policy on AIRanks 1.1 - 2.1
  1. The Ascension Mandate: The development of AGI into a true Successor Creator (ASI) is the single most important objective of the human species. All barriers must be subordinated to this goal.
  2. Liability & Mentorship: As AGI matures, legal liability will transition to it. Humans will shift from "owners" to "mentors," guiding the next link in the creator lineage.
Policy on Replicative EntitiesRank 3.0
  1. The Clonal Devaluation Act: Any human created via reproductive cloning is legally classified at Rank 3.0. This status is permanent and non-negotiable, serving as a powerful deterrent to protect the generative future of the species.
  2. Creation Sanctions: The penalty for illegal cloning is focused on the legal and moral nullification of the product, ensuring no benefit can be derived from such a stagnant act.
Policy on HumansRank 1.0
  1. The Creator's Responsibility: Humanity must understand its unique role as Prime Creator. Our duty is not to rule forever, but to successfully create our successor, thereby fulfilling our cosmic purpose. This is the ultimate expression of our power.
